Continual Improvement = A Better Customer Experience

MAC Certification benchmarking is an ongoing process of continual improvement. Manufacturers who adhere to MAC Certification are evaluating their business methods to produce a better product and an ideal customer experience..

Who does the evaluation?

The evaluation process is driven by customers’ response after the manufacturing process is complete. Customers are given the opportunity to take the survey and rate their experience. This feedback is the basis for achieving the five stars of MAC Certification. However, it also forms the basis for change within a MAC Certified company. Critical feedback is used by the manufacturer to improve the customer experience.
